摘要
采用问卷调查法,通过网络调查的形式获取5428个健康体检(管理)机构2019年的基本情况以及常规设备、特殊设备的相关资料。结果显示,2019年在参与调查的健康体检(管理)机构中:山东省数量最多,为436个(8.03%);二级机构最多,为2486个(45.80%);社会办医机构占27.75%。44.40%的机构拥有16~30台体检设备,25.17%的机构拥有常规体检设备不足16台,64.83%的机构独立拥有体检设备不足16台;45.38%的机构拥有20~36种体检设备,60.91%的机构拥有10~12种常规体检设备,仍有6.98%的机构独立拥有体检设备不足6种;在不同级别的健康体检(管理)机构中,体检必选项目对应的各类常规体检设备(除裂隙灯外)总数差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),各类常规体检设备独立拥有数差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。这说明2019年我国健康体检(管理)机构发展规模扩大,各省的机构及其设备发展均不均衡,今后还须继续开展更完善的健康体检(管理)机构设备现状调查,以推动健康体检行业发展和学科进步。
The questionnaire survey method was used to obtain the basic situation of 5,428 health examination(health management)institutions in 2019,as well as the relevant information of conventional equipment and special equipment through the form of online survey.Among the health examination(health management)institutions participating in the survey in 2019,Shandong Province had the largest number of 436(8.03%);the second-level institutions had the largest number of 2486(45.80%),27.75%of which were social medical services;44.40%of institutions owned 16 to 30 physical examination equipment,25.17%of institutions have less than 16 conventional physical examination equipment,64.83%of institutions independently own less than 16 physical examination equipment;45.38%of institutions have 20 to 36 types of physical examination equipment,and 60.91%of institutions have 10 to 12 types of conventional medical examination equipment,6.98%of institutions still own less than 6 types of physical examination equipment independently;among different levels of health examination(health management)institutions,the total number of various types of conventional medical examination equipment(except slit lamps)corresponding to the required medical examination items is different All were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences in the number of independent possession of various routine physical examination equipment were statistically significant(P<0.05).In 2019,the scale of development of health examination(health management)institutions in my country will expand,and the development of equipment in health examination(health management)institutions is still uneven.In the future,it is necessary to continue to carry out more complete health examination(health management)institution equipment status surveys to promote the health examination industry development and disciplinary progress.
