摘要
目的探讨磁性医院管理应用于科室管理中的方法构建和效果。方法选取2022年1—12月福建省第三人民医院老年科在岗的30名护士作为对照组,实施常规护理管理;选取2023年1—12月福建省第三人民医院老年科在岗的30名护士作为研究组,实施磁性医院管理。对比2组护士考核成绩、综合能力评分、疲劳评分、工作压力评分、职场正念评分、职业满意度评分。结果研究组理论知识、操作技能的考核成绩分别为(91.21±6.54)分、(90.39±6.72)分,均高于对照组的(83.14±5.31)分、(82.67±6.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护士发现问题、解决问题、应急处理、团队协作能力评分分别为(92.29±6.08)分、(91.53±6.70)分、(92.41±6.12)分、(91.84±6.45)分,均高于对照组的(80.31±5.74)分、(80.12±5.49)分、(81.59±5.33)分、(80.49±5.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护士体力疲劳、脑力疲劳、活动减少、动力下降及总体疲劳评分分别为(22.17±2.72)分、(9.61±1.23)分、(9.83±1.30)分、(8.72±1.18)分、(50.33±7.86)分,均低于对照组的(27.84±3.24)分、(11.30±1.56)分、(11.49±1.62)分、(10.87±1.51)分、(61.50±9.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护士工作压力评分为(21.65±5.73)分,低于对照组的(30.58±7.21)分;研究组护士职场正念评分、职业满意度评分分别为(79.63±6.21)分、(90.02±5.63)分,均高于对照组的(71.84±6.40)分、(83.19±5.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在医院老年科护理管理中,落实磁性医院管理模式不仅能够有效提高老年科护士对护理理论知识、操作技能的掌握度,培养其综合护理能力,还能减轻护士在护理工作中的疲劳感和压力,使其职场正念和职业满意度得以提高。
Objective To explore the method construction and effectiveness of applying magnetic hospital management to department management.Methods A total of 30 nurses working in the department of geriatric,the Third People's Hospital of Fujian Province from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group to implement routine nursing management.A total of 30 nurses working in the department of geriatric,the Third People's Hospital of Fujian Province from January to December 2023 were selected as the study group to implement magnetic hospital management.The assessment scores,comprehensive ability scores,fatigue scores,work pressure scores,workplace mindfulness scores and occupational satisfaction scores of nurses were compared between two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the study group were(91.21±6.54)points and(90.39±6.72)points,respectively,which were higher than(83.14±5.31)points and(82.67±6.03)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of problem finding ability,problem solving ability,emergency handling ability and team cooperation ability of nurses in the study group were(92.29±6.08)points,(91.53±6.70)points,(92.41±6.12)points and(91.84±6.45)points,respectively,which were higher than(80.31±5.74)points,(80.12±5.49)points,(81.59±5.33)points,(80.49±5.30)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of physical fatigue,mental fatigue,decreased activity,decreased motivation and overall fatigue in the study group were(22.17±2.72)points,(9.61±1.23)points,(9.83±1.30)points,(8.72±1.18)points and(50.33±7.86)points,which were lower than(27.84±3.24)points,(11.30±1.56)points,(11.49±1.62)points,(10.87±1.51)points,(61.50±9.02)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The work stress score in the study group was(21.65±5.73)points,which was lower than(30.58±7.21)points in the control group,the scores of workplace mindfulness and career satisfaction of nurses in the study group were(79.63±6.21)points and(90.02±5.63)points,respectively,which were higher than(71.84±6.40)points and(83.19±5.24)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion In the nursing management of hospital geriatric department,the implementation of magnetic hospital management model can not only effectively improve the grasp of nursing theoretical knowledge and operational skills of geriatric nurses,cultivate their comprehensive nursing ability,but also reduce the fatigue and pressure of nurses in nursing work,so that their workplace mindfulness and career satisfaction can be improved.
