摘要
制种产业是保障支撑基地现代种业发展的战略资源,新型农业经营主体培育是制种基地现代化建设的重要内容。通过总结岑巩县杂交水稻制种基地新型农业经营主体培育历程,提出了在种业振兴背景下杂交水稻制种基地大县新型经营主体培育发展的思路与建议,为推动国家制种基地大县发展新质生产力、实现种业振兴提供参考。
The seed production industry is a strategic resource to ensure the development of modern seed industry in base counties.The cultivation of new agricultural management entities is an important part of the modernization construction of seed production bases.By summarizing the cultivation process of new agricultural management entities in the hybrid rice seed production base of Cengong County,the ideas and suggestions for the cultivation and development of new agricultural management entities in large counties of hybrid rice seed production base under the background of seed industry revitalization were put forward,so as to provide reference for promoting the development of new productive forces and realizing the revitalization of seed industry in large counties of national seed production base.
