摘要
以杂交水稻制种亲本晶4155S、宜香1A、荃9311A、华占、R1607、R534等为材料,设计不同印刷粘种胶点尺寸、不同秧龄期机插等处理,以传统水育秧为对照,研究制种亲本的印刷粘种质量、种子利用率、秧苗素质、机插效果、生育特性、抽穗特性及穗粒构成等。结果表明,印刷粘种育秧具有播种均匀(1.5~1.7粒/胶点)、秧龄弹性大(20~50 d)、能中大苗带水机插等优点,是培育杂交水稻制种亲本机插秧苗的适宜方法,适用于不同茬口制种基地以及不同播差期制种组合的父母本机插育秧。但印刷粘种育秧的秧龄对亲本的播始历期影响大,制种时需要重点把握,以确保机插父母本花期相遇。
Using hybrid rice parental lines Jing 4155S,Yixiang 1A,Quan 9311A,Huazhan,R1607,R534,etc.as materials,the treatments of different glue spot spacings of seed-sticking by printing and different seedling ages for mechanical transplanting were designed to investigate the seed-sticked quality by printing,seed utilization rate,seedling quality,mechanical transplanting effect and the characteristics of growth and development and panicle-spikelet structure of the parental lines in hybrid rice seed production,with the traditional wet-nursery seedling raising method as a control.The results showed that the seedling raising method of printed seed-sticking had the advantages of uniform seeding(1.5~1.7 grains per glue spot),flexible seedling age(20~50 d),and mechanical transplanting with water for medium and large seedlings.It was a suitable method for cultivating machine-transplanted seedlings of parental lines in hybrid rice seed production,and it was suitable for different planting schedules in seed production bases and different seedinginterval hybrid combinations in hybrid rice seed production.However,the seedling age of the printed seed-sticking seedling raising method has a great effect on the duration from seeding to heading of the parents,so it is necessary to focus on this effect to ensure the synchronization in flowering period of the machine-transplanted parents in hybrid rice seed production.
