摘要
川优1570是用含早熟显性基因不育系川作891A与高配合力恢复系成恢62570配组而成的早熟杂交水稻新组合。该组合具有早熟、产量高、直链淀粉含量高(27.8%)等特点,可作为米粉类加工型专用稻,2023年通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定。介绍了川优1570的选育经过、特征特性、栽培与繁殖制种技术以及利用其稻米制作米粉的方法。
Chuanyou 1570,derived from Chuanzuo 891A,a male sterile line with dominant genes of early-maturity,and Chenghui 62570,a restorer line with high combining ability,is a new early-maturing hybrid rice combination.The combination has the characteristics of early maturity,high yield and high amylose content(27.8%),and can be used as a special rice for rice noodle processing.It was approved by Sichuan Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2023.The breeding process,characteristics,the techniques of cultivation,multiplication and hybrid seed production of Chuanyou 1570 and the methods of making rice noodles from its grains were introduced.
