摘要
硅氧烷阻燃剂是一种新型高效、环境友好的无卤阻燃剂,硅氧烷双酚(SBP)和双酚A(BPA)共聚在聚碳酸酯中引入Si—O键和Si—C键,可以获得阻燃性能、透明性和耐低温性能良好的硅氧烷双酚型共聚碳酸酯(SBP-PC)。首先以邻烯丙基苯酚和1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷为原料,采用Karstedt催化剂合成SBP,然后以SBP,BPA和三光气(BTC)为原料,采用界面缩聚法制备SBP-PC。红外吸收光谱验证了SBP和SBP-PC的结构。考察了SBP和BPA的物质的量比对SBP-PC的阻燃性能、耐热性能和力学性能的影响,得到SBP与BPA的最佳物质的量比为8∶92。经检测,最佳物质的量比时SBP-PC的垂直燃烧级别为V-0级,极限氧指数为39.2%,通过了针焰试验,表明其阻燃性能较双酚A型聚碳酸酯(BPA-PC)有了显著提高。SBP-PC的玻璃化转变温度为145.5℃,略低于BPA-PC,耐热性能略有下降。SBP-PC的5%热失重温度为446℃,高于BPA-PC,说明其有更好的热稳定性。通过低温测试,SBP-PC在-30℃时简支梁缺口冲击强度下降幅度仅为13.19%,其低温耐冲击性能良好。SBP-PC具有很好的透光率和低的雾度,光学性能良好。共聚PC在力学性能和透光率上显著优于共混PC。
Siloxane flame retardant is a new kind of halogen-free flame retardant,which is highly efficient and environmentally friendly.Siloxane bisphenol type copolycarbonate(SBP-PC)with good flame retardant,transparency and low temperature resistance could be obtained by copolymerization of siloxane bisphenol(SBP)and bisphenol A(BPA)to introduce Si—O bond and Si—C bond into polycarbonate.First,siloxane bisphenol was synthesized from o-allylphenol and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane.Then,SBP-PC was prepared by interfacial polycondensation method using SBP,BPA and triphosgene as raw materials.The structures of SBP and SBP-PC were verified by infrared absorption spectroscopy.The influence of molar ratio of SBP and BPA on the properties of SBP-PC was investigated,and the best molar ratio was obtained.The vertical combustion grade of SBP-PC is V-0,and the oxygen index is 39.2%,which passes the needle-flame test,indicating that its flame retardant performance has been significantly improved.The glass transition temperature is slightly lower than that of bisphenol A type polycarbonate(BPA-PC),and the heat resistance is slightly decreased.The thermal weight loss temperature of 5%is 446℃,indicating that it has better thermal stability.According to the low temperature test,the charpy impact strength of SBP-PC decreases only by 13.19% at-30℃,and its low temperature impact resis‐tance is good.SBP-PC has good light transmittance and low fog,which indicates that its optical performance is good.The mechani‐cal properties and light transmittance of copolymerized PC are significantly better than those of blended PC.
