摘要
为了研究典型市售高温蒸煮膜专用料的性能与结构差异,分别对市售的3种用于耐高温蒸煮膜的抗冲共聚聚丙烯(PP1、PP2、PP3)进行了基础物性、结晶行为、结构性能等剖析,并对其流延制膜后的力学性能、光学性能进行了评价。结果表明:PP1的雾度较低,PP3的简支梁缺口冲击强度为PP1、PP2的5倍,但雾度较高。
In order to study the performance and structural differences of typical commercially available high-temperature cooking film special materials,the basic physical properties,crystallization behavior and structural properties of three kinds of commercially available impact copolymer polypropylene used for high-temperature resistant cooking films(PP1,PP2,PP3) were analyzed,and the mechanical properties and optical properties after casting were evaluated.The results show that the haze of PP1 is lower,and the charpy notched impact strength of PP3 is 5 times that of PP1 and PP2,but the haze is higher.
