摘要
植物利用多样化的细胞类型和复杂的调节机制适应不断变化的自然环境。近年来,单细胞转录组测序(single-cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-seq)技术越来越多地应用于植物研究中,以揭示单细胞水平上复杂的生物学关系。通过概述单细胞转录组学技术的研究进展及其在植物发育和抗逆研究中的应用,总结单细胞转录组测序技术在植物研究中面临的问题及研究方向,为该技术在植物研究中的应用提供参考。
Plants adapt to ever-changing natural environments through diverse cell types and complex regulatory mechanisms.In recent years,single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)technology has been increasingly applied in plant research to reveal intricate biological relationships at the single-cell level.This paper outlines the research progress of single-cell RNA sequencing technology and its applications in plant development and stress resistance studies.This study also summarizes the challenges and research directions of single-cell RNA sequencing technology in plant research,providing more references for its application.
