摘要
自2024年7月1日起正式实施的新修订《中华人民共和国公司法》涉及诸多与农村中小银行公司治理密切相关的内容,此次修订的内容将给农村中小银行公司治理工作带来重要的变革契机。同时,农村中小银行在依据新公司法推动公司治理工作向高质量发展方向迈进时也必然面临着一系列挑战和困难。据此,本文提出了农村中小银行落实新公司法公司治理制度改革的若干政策建议。
The newly revised Company Law of People's Republic of China(PRC),which was formally implemented on July 1,2024,involves many contents closely related to the corporate governance of rural small and medium-sized banks.The above amendments will bring important opportunities for the corporate governance of rural small and medium-sized banks.At the same time,small and medium-sized rural banks are bound to face a series of challenges and difficulties when promoting corporate governance to high-quality development in accordance with the newly revised company law.Accordingly,the author puts forward some policy suggestions for rural small and medium-sized banks to implement the reform of corporate governance system in the new company law.
