摘要
在全球数字化和信息化发展的背景下,智能网联汽车已然成为新一轮科技革命的代表产业。高职院校需要不断思考和挖掘如何通过专业建设、人才培养来满足新型产业发展的需求。文章通过深度分析智能网联汽车产业发展人才需求,从人才培养、课程实施、师资培养、基地建设等四个维度进行思考,探究智能网联汽车专业建设思路与方案,力求能够培养出适应产业发展、满足专业群岗位能力要求的高素质技能人才。
Against the backdrop of global digitalization and informatization,intelligent connected vehicle have become a representative industry of the new round of technological revolution.Vocational colleges need to constantly think and explore how to meet the needs of the development of new industries through professional construction and talent cultivation.This article deeply analyzes the talent demand for the development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry,and explores the ideas and plans for the professional construction of intelligent connected vehicles from four dimensions:talent cultivation,curriculum implementation,teacher training,and base construction.The aim is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents who can adapt to the development of the industry and meet the requirements of professional positions.
