摘要
数字经济时代背景下,数字政府建设将更突出智能化和智慧化。经济形势研判作为政府治理的重心,其重要性日益凸显,经济分析决策平台成为区域经济治理的重要抓手。基于深汕特别合作区的区情,文章探讨了在此构建经济分析决策平台的应用背景、必要性和建设内容,强调了以科学决策为核心,整合招商、土地整备、企业服务等业务系统,依托经济分析主题库,打造一个数字化、智能化的决策平台。平台充分利用人工智能和大数据技术,优化经济数据治理效能,以支撑区域经济形势的分析研判和经济运行决策,同时也为其他区域探索经济数据治理和经济运行决策智能化提供了典型样本。
Under the background of the digital economy era,the construction of digital government increasingly emphasizes intelligence and smartness.As the focus of government governance,the importance of economic situation research and judgment has become increasingly prominent,and economic analysis and decision-making platform has become an important grasp of regional economic governance.Based on the regional situation of ShenShan Special Cooperation Zone,this paper discusses the application background,necessity and construction content of constructing an economic analysis and decision-making platform here.It emphasizes the scientific decision-making as the core,and integrates investment,land preparation,enterprise services and other business systems.Relying on the theme library of economic analysis,a digital and intelligent decision-making platform is created.The platform makes full use of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data technology to optimize the efficiency of economic data governance,so as to support the analysis,research and judgment of regional economic situation and economic operation decision-making.At the same time,it also provides a typical sample for other regions to explore economic data governance and intelligent economic operation decision-making.
