基于OBE理念下情景教学法在本科护生急危重症护理学课程教学中的应用 被引量:3

Application of situational teaching method based on OBE concept in the teaching of Emergency and Critical Care Nursing course for undergraduate nursing students

摘要 目的:分析基于OBE理念下情景教学法在本科护生临床急危重症护理学课程教学中的应用,评价护生的临床实践、实习适应能力的效果。方法:选取安徽省某高校2018至2021级本科大三年级护生作为研究对象,每学年选取30人为试验组,急危重症护理学课程采用基于OBE理念下情景教学法;另选同一学年30人为对照组,采用常规的课堂授课法。对2组护生课程结束后课程教学评价和课程考核成绩进行比较,以及进入医院实习3个月前后的临床实践能力与实习适应能力比较。结果:2组护生课程教学评价、课程考核成绩比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组案例分析得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组护生实习后的临床实践能力量表各维度得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),实习适应能力量表各维度得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于OBE理念下情景教学法有利于护生提升案例分析能力,提高临床实践能力与实习适应能力。 Objective:To analyze the application of situational teaching method based on the OBE concept in the teaching of Emergency and Critical Care Nursing course for undergraduate nursing students,and evaluate its effect on their clinical practice and internship adaptability.Methods:The third-year nursing students from 2018 to 2021 in a university in Anhui Province were selected as the research objects.Thirty students were selected as the experimental group each academic year,and taught using situational teaching method based on the OBE concept.Another 30 students from the same academic year were selected as the control group and taught using the conventional teaching method.The course teaching evaluation and course assessment scores of the two groups were compared,and the clinical practice ability and internship adaptability were compared before and after 3 months of hospital internship.Results:There was no significant difference in the course teaching evaluation and course assessment scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The case analysis score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of each dimension and total score of the clinical practice ability scale after internship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of each dimension and total score of the internship adaptability scale were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the concept of OBE,the situational teaching method is beneficial to improving the ability of case analysis,and enhancing the clinical practice ability and internship adaptability of nursing students.
