实习护生自主学习准备度与实习适应的相关性研究

摘要 目的:了解实习护生的自主学习准备度与实习适应情况,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法:采用便利抽样法,纳入235名符合条件的实习护生为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、自主学习准备度量表和实习适应不良量表进行调查。结果:实习护生的自主学习准备度总分为(144.03±28.84)分,实习适应总分为(104.14±21.22)分,两者呈正相关(r=0.419,P<0.01)。结论:实习护生的自主学习准备度处于较低水平,实习适应情况正常但处于低水平,且二者有相关性。护理教育工作者应关注实习护生的自主学习准备度,提升其实习适应水平,保障实习期的护理质量与学习效果。 Objective:To understand the current status of nursing interns'readiness for self-directed learning and their adaptation to internships,as well as the correlation between the two.Method:Using convenience sampling,235 qualified nursing interns were surveyed using a general information questionnaire,self-directed learning readiness scale,and internship adaptation scale.Results:The total self-study readiness score was 144.03±28.84,while the adaptation score was 104.14±21.22,showing a positive correlation(r=0.419,P<0.01).Conclusion:Nursing interns show low levels of self-study readiness and normal but low levels of internship adaptation.Nursing educators should focus on enhancing self-study readiness to improve adaptation and ensure quality in clinical practice and learning.
