摘要
对北京大学藏秦简“治喉痹方”的病名、主治病症、所用药物、医方含义、剂型特点等进行深入分析,依据中医学理论将此方与《武威汉代医简》中的“治千金膏药方”和《备急千金要方》中的“治咽喉中痛痒方”进行对比研究。“治喉痹方”运用了歍(乌)■(喙)、干■(姜)、美桂、桑炭、盐及美酒6味药物,通过让患者吮吸其燃烧所产生的药气烟雾来达到辛温散寒、蠲痹止痛之效,开创了中药雾化熏吸疗法治疗喉痹此类咽喉科疾病的先河,并在后世医学中不断被继承发展,为现代治疗相关疾病提供了思路和参考。
This paper deeply analyzes the disease name,symptoms,used drugs,meaning of the prescription and the characteristics of the dosage form of"Prescription for Pharyngitis"from Bamboo and Wooden Slips of Qin Dynasty Collected by Peking University.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this prescription is compared with"treating Qian Jin Plaster(千金膏)prescription"in Wuwei Han Dynasty Medical Bamboo Slips and"treating throat sore and itchy prescription"in Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang.This prescription uses six medicines of wu hui,gan jiang,mei gui,san tang,salt and wine to achieve the effects of warming and dispelling cold and juanbi and relieving pain by allowing patients to suck the medicated gas smoke produced by burning them.This prescription also created a precedent in the treatment of laryngological diseases such as laryngeal arthralgia with atomization of traditional Chinese medicine,and was continuously inherited and developed in the future medicine,providing ideas and references for modern treatment of related diseases.
