摘要
为了给姜的合理应用提供文献资料 ,考证姜的入药历史 ,认为姜的药用史可分作 3个时期 ;东汉《神农本草经》以前 ,生姜、干姜效用不分 ,干姜是作为姜的一个别名 ;东汉末年至明代《本草纲目》刊行之前 ,生姜晒干以干姜入药 ,细分又有去皮与不去皮之别 ;明代《本草纲目》刊行之后 ,各家本草多受其影响 ,即认为“干姜以母姜造之”。并由此探讨了姜的南北差异 ,姜之子根与母根的区别 。
According to the literature,the administration of fresh ginger and dry ginger was divided into three stages:Before the appearance of the pericd of Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing in East Han dynasty,fresh ginger and dry ginger were not distinguished;between the period of Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing and Ben Cao Gang Mu,dry ginger was made from fresh ginger by sunlight;after the appearance of Ben Cao Gang Mu,dry ginger was made from the stem of ginger,while the fresh ginger from the branch of ginger.
