摘要
为研究试验铜管的预处理压力大小与自然时效时间长短、试验铜管材质与结构、试验装置与试验方法以及试验人员的技术水平等因素对软态TP2铜材抗拉强度超压强化效果稳定性的影响,利用概率论与数理统计知识,建立了不同因素对TP2铜材抗拉强度超压强化影响的分析方法。基于超压强化软态TP2铜材在4年和5年自然时效的56个抗拉强度试验数据,得到结论:(1)将4.60 MPa与16.50 MPa作为铜光管或铜内螺纹管预处理压力时,铜管结构、自然时效时间等因素对软态TP2铜材抗拉强度标准差与均值无显著影响,抗拉强度超压强化效果是稳定性的;(2)当预处理压力从4.60MPa增加到16.50MPa,虽然软态TP2铜材抗拉强度标准差无显著差异,但均值显著上升。
In order to study the influence of relevant factors on the stability of the tensile strength and overpressure strengthening effect of the soft TP 2 copper material,such as the pretreatment pressure size of the test copper tube,the material and structure of the test copper tube,the test device and test method,and the technical level of the test personnel;the analysis method of different factors on the overpressure strengthening effect of TP2 copper was established by using the knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics.Based on 56 tensile strength test data of overpressure soft TP2 copper material in 4 and 5 years of natural aging time,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)If 4.60 MPa and 16.50 MPa were used as the pretreatment pressure of copper optical tube or copper inner threaded tube,copper tube structure,natural aging time and other factors should be no significant influence on the standard deviation and the mean value of soft TP2 copper strength,and the overpressure strengthening effect of tensile strength is stable.(2)When the pretreatment pressure increased from 4.60 MPa to 16.50 MPa,although the standard difference of tensile strength of soft TP2 copper was not significantly different,the mean value increased significantly.
