摘要
根据06Cr19Ni10奥氏体不锈钢材料的室温拉伸试验结果,采用ANSYS有限元软件对不同屈服强度下平板焊接过程及焊后强化过程进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,焊后强化并不能完全消除焊接残余应力,但可以显著改善焊接残余应力的分布;对不同强化工艺下平板的焊接残余应力进行比较,指出对材料进行预强化处理更有利于改善焊接残余应力。模拟分析结果可为应变强化工艺参数筛选提供一定的参考。
According to the resuh of uniaxial tensile test for austenitic stainless steel under room temperature, the welding process and strengthening process after welding were numerically simulated in the different yield strength. The results show that the welding residual stress can not be completely removed by cold stretching, but it will be significantly improved. Comparing welding residual stress in the different cold stretching process, it is pointed that the pre -stretching will be more helpful for improving the weld- ing residual stress. The simulated results can provide some reference for cold stretching process.
