摘要
行波管作为空间通信的关键设备,面对极端的空间环境,高电压绝缘防护显得尤为重要。文章从理论和实践经验的角度系统地分析了空间行波管高电压绝缘防护技术,从设计、选材、结构、工艺等方面提出了绝缘防护的要求。按照这些要求控制,可以显著提高行波管在空间应用中的可靠性。
As key devices in space communication,traveling wave tubes(TWTs) face extreme space environments,where high-voltage insulation protection is of great importance.The high-voltage insulation protection technology of space TWTs is systematically analyzed from both theoretical perspectives and practical experiences,and the requirements for insulation protection are proposed in terms of design,material selection,structure,and processes.According to these requirements,the reliability of traveling wave tubes in space applications can be significantly improved.
