摘要
设计并实现了一种基于自动化技术的智能安全管控云台。该云台整合了ERP两票系统、三维建模、5G通信技术和移动定位等技术,实现了对电力企业高风险作业的全方位监控。云台集中管理多个电厂的安全数据,实现了从被动管理向主动预警的转变。测试结果表明,该云台显著提高了安全管理效率,为电力企业安全生产提供了新的管理模式。
This paper designs and implements an intelligent safety management and control platform based on automation technology.The platform integrates ERP ticketing systems,3D modeling,5G communication technology,and mobile positioning,achieving comprehensive monitoring of high-risk operations in electric power enterprises.The platform centrally manages safety data from multiple power plants,transitioning from passive management to proactive early warning.Test results indicate that the platform significantly improves safety management efficiency,providing a new management model for safe production in electric power enterprises.
