冶金连铸流程安全风险实时监测技术的应用

摘要 针对冶金连铸流程中存在的因能量意外释放而引发的安全风险,根据Gibson和Haddon的能量意外释放理论,分析了冶金连铸工艺各环节潜在的风险能量形式。并据此在冶金连铸设备上构建了多维度的监测指标体系,结合工程实际设计了以钢包回转台为主要监测对象的传感器部署方案。最后通过对采集到的监测数据进行处理分析,为冶金连铸生产提供了依据能量流进行安全监控的解决方法,有效提升了重大风险早期预警能力与事故防控水平。 To address the safety risks arising from unintentional energy release during the metallurgical continuous casting process,this study analyzes the potential forms of hazardous energy at various stages of the process based on the accidental energy release theory proposed by Gibson and Haddon.Accordingly,a multi-dimensional monitoring index system was established on the continuous casting equipment.Combining engineering practice,a sensor deploy ment scheme focusing primarily on the ladle turret was designed.Finally,through processing and analysis of the col lected monitoring data,a safety monitoring solution based on energy flow was developed for continuous casting pro duction.This approach has effectively enhanced the early-warning capability for major risks and the overall level of accident prevention and control.
