摘要
提高创新绩效不仅需要增强企业内部的创新能力,也需要重视外部环境中的技术信息。基于对企业在创新合作网络中的互动水平与其创新绩效之间关系的讨论,分析网络中的互补性和竞争性技术信息如何影响这种关系。研究发现:(1)企业的网络互动水平与其创新绩效之间呈显著的倒“U”型关系;(2)网络中的互补性技术信息正向调节了网络互动水平与创新绩效之间的关系;(3)网络中的竞争性技术信息反向调节了网络互动水平与创新绩效之间的关系。
Improving innovation performance requires not only enhancing the internal innovation capabilities of enterprises,but also paying attention to technical information in the external environment.This article discussed the relationship between the interaction levels of enterprises in innovation cooperation networks and their innovation performance,as well as how complementary and competitive technological information within the network affected this relationship.The research findings were as follows.Firstly,there was a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between the network interaction level and innovation performance within enterprises.Secondly,complementary technical information in the network positively moderated above relationship.Thirdly,competitive technical information in the network negatively moderated the relationship.
