摘要
绿色矿山建设是中国当前注重高质量发展、推动生态文明建设、实现碳达峰与碳中和低碳发展目标的重要举措。冀中能源峰峰集团九龙煤矿坚持以“矿山环境公园化”“矿山采选智能化”“科技创新一线化”为绿色矿山建设重要抓手和主攻方向,基本建成了富有科技含量的公园式绿色矿山,绿色矿山建设成效显著,成功入选河北省绿色矿山储备库,探索出了贴合河北煤矿实际情况的“科技+公园”式绿色矿山建设新模式,具有可复制、能推广的实践意义,对河北省其他大中型煤矿绿色矿山建设具有一定的借鉴和指导作用,对当前双碳目标和生态文明建设背景下绿色矿山建设具有一定的启发意义。
The construction of green mines is an important measure for China to pay attention to high-quality development,promote the construction of ecological civilization,and achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutral low-carbon development.Jiulong Coal Mine of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group adheres to the"mine environment parkization","intelligent mine mining and separation","scientific and technological innovation first-line"as an important starting point and main direction of green mine construction,basically built a park-type green mine with rich scientific and technological content,the green mine construction has achieved remarkable results,successfully selected as a green mine reserve in Hebei Province,and explored a new model of"science and technology+park"style green mine construction that fits the actual situation of coal mine in Hebei Province,which can be replicable and promoted.It has a certain reference and guidance effect on the construction of green mines in other large and medium-sized coal mines in Hebei Province,and has certain enlightening significance for the construction of green mines under the background of the current double-carbon target and the construction of ecological civilization.
