摘要
《红楼梦》作为中国古典文学的巅峰之作,不仅以其丰富的情节和成功的人物刻画著称,更因其对家庭教育的深刻描绘而成为研究传统家庭教育的重要文献。基于对红楼梦家庭教育与现代人才培养策略的分析,发现《红楼梦》的家庭教育模式在对个人品德的塑造、对知识技能的培养、对家风家教的形成、对心理健康的作用以及传统与现代的结合五个方面对现代人才培养策略具有借鉴意义。
As the pinnacle of Chinese classical literature,Dream of the Red Chamber is not only famous for its rich plots and profound characterizations,but also for its profound depiction of family education,which makes it an important document for the study of traditional family education.Based on the analysis of family education in Dream of Red Mansions and modern talent cultivation strategy,it is found that the family education of Dream of Red Mansions and its model is of great significance to modern talent cultivation strategy in five aspects,namely,shaping of personal morality,cultivation of knowledge and skills,formation of family culture and family tutelage,role of heart health,and combination of tradition and modernity.
