摘要
聚合熔体黏度超出控制范围时,会导致后道加弹生产状况及产品性能指标下降。对聚酯反应过程中催化剂浓度、缩聚反应温度、缩聚真空度、停留时间、终缩聚釜搅拌器的转速等进行了分析讨论。结果表明:聚酯熔体黏度偏低或偏高都会对涤纶长丝纺丝状况和性能产生影响;根据黏度计测得的熔体黏度,结合缩聚反应温度、液位、真空度、搅拌器速度等进行调节,使产品黏度控制在规定范围,保证了生产的稳定性。
When the viscosity of polymerized melt exceeds the control range,it will lead to the decline of the production condition and the performance index of the product.The concentration of catalyst,temperature of polycondensation reaction,vacuum of polycondensation,residence time and speed of agitator in final polycondensation reactor were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the spinning condition and properties of polyester filaments are affected by the low or high viscosity of polyester melt.According to the viscosity of the melt measured by the viscometer,combined with the condensation reaction temperature,liq-uid level,vacuum degree,agitator speed and so on,the product viscosity is controlled in the specified range to ensure the stability of production.
