摘要
抗生素用作饲料添加剂能够提高猪的生产性能,然而,由于养猪场中抗生素的的滥用导致出现多重耐药基因,使得非致病菌转变成致病菌,目前欧盟已经禁止饲料中添加抗生素。有机酸和精油已被证明是养猪业中抗生素的有效替代品,它们具有抗菌、抗病毒和抗氧化特性,还有利于调控肠道微生物种群并改善免疫反应。全文重点讨论了有机酸和植物精油添加到猪日粮中对提高猪生长性能、氧化应激和肉品质的影响,旨在为在养猪业中推广有机酸和植物精油提供参考。
Antibiotics used as feed additives can improve the production performance of pigs.However,due to the overuse of antibiotics in pig farm,multiple resistance genes have emerged,causing non-pathogenic bacteria to transform into pathogenic bacteria.Currently,the European Union has banned the addition of antibiotics to feed.Organic acids and essential oils have been proven to be effective alternatives to antibiotics in the pig farming.They possess antibacterial,antiviral,and antioxidant properties,as well as beneficial for regulating gut microbiota populations and improving immune responses.This article focuses on the effects of adding organic acids and plant essential oils to pig diets on improving pig growth performance,oxidative stress,and meat quality,aiming at providing a preference on promoting organic acid and plant essential oils in the pig farming.
