摘要
目的:调查缓解期精神分裂症患者复发恐惧和自我接纳现况,分析其影响因素,为针对性预防和降低患者复发恐惧提供建议。方法:利用一般资料调查表、复发恐惧简化量表、自我接纳问卷,于2024年4-5月便利抽样法,对北京市某2所社区卫生服务中心206名缓解期精神分裂症患者进行调查。结果:最终纳入196名患者,复发恐惧均分为29.7±13.66分,检出率(34.7%);多元线性回归分析显示,自我接纳是影响其复发恐惧的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症缓解期复发恐惧较高,与低自我接纳相关。
Objective:To investigate the current situation of FoR and self-acceptance of patients with SCZ in the remission stage,analyze its influencing factors,and provide suggestions for targeted prevention and reduction of FoRofthe patients with SCZ.Methods:A total of 206 patients with SCZ in the remission stage from 2 community health service centers in Beijing were investigated by convenient sampling method from April to May 2024,using general data questionnaire,simplified Fear of Relapse Scale and self-acceptance questionnaire.Results:A total of 196 patients had finished the investigation,FoR score was 29.7±13.66,and the positive detection rate was 34.7%.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-acceptance was the main factor influencing FoR(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rate of FoR of SCZ patients in the remission stage,is higher to 34.7%,and maybe have some correlation with lower self-acceptance.
