溶剂型冷补沥青与集料黏附力形成规律研究

摘要 为研究溶剂型冷补沥青与集料的黏附力形成本质,测定二者之间作用力的大小,通过研究冷补沥青的挥发行为、微观结构来分析冷补沥青的挥发机理;通过考查冷补沥青黏度的变化,揭示其与集料黏附力形成的规律。研究结果表明冷补沥青与集料黏附力形成过程是冷补沥青溶剂挥发的物理过程,随着温度的升高及时间的推移,冷补沥青挥发率增大,挥发速度减缓,黏度增大,与集料的黏附功增大,采用黏附功可以更精确地评价冷补沥青与集料黏附性的动态变化。研究结果可以判断冷补沥青储存时间及与集料黏附力形成时间,进而可推断拌制冷补沥青混合料强度及路用性能。 To study the essence of the adhesion formation between the solvent-based cold patch asphalt and aggregate and determine the force between the two,the volatilization mechanism of cold patch asphalt was analyzed by studying the volatility and microstructure of cold patch asphalt.The formation law of the adhesion between cold patch asphalt and aggregate was revealed by testing the viscosity changes of cold patch asphalt.The study results showed that the formation process of the adhesion between cold patch asphalt and aggregate was a physical process of the solvent volatility of cold patch asphalt.with the increase in temperature and time,cold patch asphalt's volatile rate increased,the volatile speed slowed down,the viscosity increased,and the work of adhesion increased.The work of adhesion could more accurately assess the dynamic changes of the adhesion between cold patch asphalt and aggregate.This study's results could determine the storage time of cold patch asphalt and the formation time of the adhesion with aggregate and further deduce the strength and road performance of mixed cold patch asphalt mixtures.
