摘要
当前我国外贸新业态跨境电商发展新动能加快释放,跨境电商保持快速发展,跨境电商有效助力我国外贸稳规模、优结构,作为新型外贸基础设施的海外仓功不可没。文章阐述发展跨境电商海外仓的意义,海外仓是支撑跨境电商发展、拓展国际市场的新型外贸基础设施。总结宁波海外仓发展现状,分析存在规范发展、协同整合、信保融资等困难,对此从加大政策保障、提高标准化水平、拓宽融资渠道等方面提出下一步推进海外仓高质量发展的重点措施。
At present,China's foreign trade new forms of cross-border e-commerce development of new momentum to accelerate the release,cross-border e-commerce to maintain rapid development,cross-border e-commerce effectively help China's foreign trade stable scale,excellent structure,as a new foreign trade infrastructure overseas warehouse contribution.This paper expounds the significance of developing cross-border e-commerce offshore warehouse,which is a new type of foreign trade infrastructure to support the development of cross-border e-commerce and expand the international market.Summarize the development status of Ningbo overseas warehouse,analyze the difficulties in standardized development,collaborative integration and credit insurance financing,and put forward key measures to promote the high-quality development of overseas warehouse in the next step from the aspects of increasing policy guarantee,improving standardization level and broadening financing channels.
