基于改进熵权的多式联运发展水平分级评价系统

摘要 针对当前多式联运发展水平评价指标权重设定受主观意识影响显著,导致最终评价结果过于主观的问题,设计了基于改进熵权的多式联运发展水平分级评价系统。构建多式联运发展水平分级评价指标体系,根据隶属函数设计评价指标隶属度函数;采用改进熵权法计算评价指标的权重值,获取多式联运发展水平的综合评估结果。实验结果显示,区域1、区域3和区域4的多式联运发展水平良好,所得评价结果符合评价区域实际多式联运发展情况,对评价结果进行改进后,区域1和区域2的评价等级上升一级,而区域5的评价等级上升两级,提升了评价结果的可靠性。 Aiming at the problem that the weight setting of evaluation index of multimodal transport development level is significantly influenced by subjective consciousness,which leads to the final evaluation result being too subjective,a hierarchical evaluation system of multimodal transport development level based on improved entropy weight is designed.Construct a hierarchical evaluation index system of multimodal transport development level,and design the membership function of evaluation index according to the membership function;The improved entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight value of evaluation index,and the comprehensive evaluation result of multimodal transport development level is obtained.The experimental results show that the development level of multimodal transport in region 1,region 3 and region 4 is good,and the obtained evaluation results are in line with the actual development situation of multimodal transport in the evaluation region.After the improvement of the evaluation results,the evaluation grades of region 1 and region 2 have increased by one level,while the evaluation grade of region 5 has increased by two levels,enhancing the reliability of the evaluation results.
