摘要 在推动多式联运蓬勃发展的过程中,信息技术发挥了重要作用,克服了该行业面临的诸多挑战与难题,如不同运输方式之间的衔接不畅,运力资源分配不均以及跨境运输中的协调与透明度等问题。本文旨在探索多式联运中信息技术的发展和应用,探究合适的信息技术,为多式联运未来信息技术发展提供理论指导。通过系统性的文献回顾和关键词共现分析,使用VOSviewer软件绘制了高频词共现图谱,明确显示了区块链在多式联运信息技术研究中的突出地位。本文详细介绍了区块链技术在提高交易透明度、确保数据安全等方面的应用。此外,本文还探讨了区块链技术如何助力多式联运系统优化运作流程、增强协作效率,总结了本研究的贡献,并对未来研究方向提出了建议,特别是推动向“物链网”模式的发展。 In the process of promoting the vigorous development of intermodal transportation,information technology has played a crucial role in overcoming numerous challenges and issues faced by the industry,such as poor connectivity between diff erent transportation modes,uneven distribution of transportation resources,and coordination and transparency issues in cross-border transportation.This study aims to explore the development and application of information technology in multimodal transport,investigating suitable information technologies and providing theoretical guidance for the future development of information technology in multimodal transport.Through a systematic literature review and keyword co-occurrence analysis,VOSviewer software is used to draw a high-frequency word co-occurrence map,which clearly shows the prominent position of blockchain in multimodal transport information technology research.The study details the application of blockchain technology in improving transaction transparency and ensuring data security.In addition,the paper explores how these technologies can assist multimodal transport systems in optimizing operational processes and enhancing collaborative effi ciency.It summarizes its contributions and makes recommendations for future research directions,particularly in promoting the development of the“Blockchain of Things”model.
