摘要
“枫桥经验”蕴含着社会治理智慧,对建设高质量平安校园具有重要借鉴价值。高校平安校园建设存在重视不足、落实不力、实效不高等问题。借鉴“枫桥经验”,推进地方高校高质量平安校园建设,针对强化问题导向,坚持预防为先,实现“靠前发力”;突出工作重点,抓住关键环节,实现“精准发力”;坚持系统观念,压实工作责任,实现“协同发力”。
The “Fengqiao Experience” contains wisdom in social governance and has important reference value for building high-quality and safe campuses.There are problems in insufficient attention,ineffective implementation,and low effectiveness in the construction of safe campuses in universities.Drawing on the “Fengqiao Experience”,we will promote the construction of high-quality and safe campuses in local universities;aiming at problem orientation,we adhere to prevention first,and achieve “forward momentum”;highlighting the focus of work,we grasp key links,and achieve “precise force”;adhering to system concept,we consolidate work responsibilities,and achieve “collaborative efforts”.
