摘要
采用硅胶、反相制备液相色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱等方法对苗药翻白叶树乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,并结合波谱学方法对化合物进行结构确定,分离得到6种个单体化合物,包括4种黄酮类,2种甾体类化合物,即β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、圣草酚(3)、(-)-儿茶素(4)、表儿茶素(5)、原花青素B2(6),其中化合物6为首次从翻白叶树中分离得到。
Various techniques including silica gel chromatography,reverse-phase preparative liquid chromatography,dextran gel columns,and other methods were employed for the separation and purification of the ethyl acetate fractions from the plant material.The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses.Six individual compounds,comprising four flavonoids and two steroids,were successfully isolated and identified.These includedβ-sitosterol(1),carotenoid(2),sericin(3),(-)-catechin(4),epicatechin(5),and proanthocyanidin B2(6),with compound 6 being isolated for the first time from this particular tree species.
