快递包装重金属与特定物质限量检测研究进展

摘要 随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,快递行业快速增长,导致快递包装物使用量激增。然而,快递包装物的大量使用和不当处理引发了资源浪费和环境污染问题,对人体健康构成潜在威胁。为了应对这一挑战,我国于2024年6月1日起实施了《快递包装重金属与特定物质限量》(GB 43352—2023)强制性国家标准,旨在规范快递包装材料,减少其对环境和人体健康的不利影响。本文综述了快递包装材料的检测指标及其检测方法,包括原子吸收光谱法(AAS)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱-质谱法(ICP-MS)、气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)等,这些方法为快递包装中重金属、邻苯二甲酸酯、双酚A和可吸附有机卤素(AOX)等有害物质的检测提供了科学依据。GB 43352—2023的实施不仅提升了快递包装材料的环保标准,也促进了快递行业的绿色可持续发展,为保护环境和公共健康提供了重要保障。 With the rapid development of e-commerce,the express delivery industry has also seen swift growth,leading to a surge in the use of express packaging materials.However,the extensive use and improper disposal of express packaging materials have led to resource wastage and environmental pollution,posing potential threats to human health.To address these challenges,China implemented the mandatory national standard GB 43352—2023 Limit on Heavy Metals and Specific Substances in Express Packaging on June 1,2024,aiming to regulate the materials used in express packaging and mitigate their adverse effects on the environment and human health.This paper reviews the detection indicators and methods specified in the standard for express packaging materials,including Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy(AAS),Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS),Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS),and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).These methods provide a scientific basis for the detection of harmful substances such as heavy metals,phthalates,bisphenol A,and Adsorbable Organic Halogens(AOX)in express packaging.The implementation of the standard not only enhances the environmental standards of express packaging materials but also promotes the green and sustainable development of the express delivery industry,providing important protection for the environment and public health.
