氧瓶-离子选择电极电位法测定助焊剂中的卤素 被引量:2

Determination of halogen in flux by oxygen flask combustion and potentiometric titration with ion-selective electrode

摘要 为测定助焊剂中的卤素,先将助焊剂样品在氧瓶中燃烧分解,并用含氢氧化钾的碱液吸收,然后以银离子选择性电极为指示电极,双液饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,AgNO3标准溶液为滴定剂,采用电位滴定法测定碱液中单独或并存的氯、溴的含量。结果表明:该法简单、快速、灵敏,可测定出样品中含量低达0.02%(质量分数)的氯、溴,且可连续测定,特别适用于测定助焊剂中氯、溴的含量。卤素的回收率为97.9%~100.9%。 To determine the halogen content in flux,flux samples were first burnt in an oxygen flask with the combustion products dissolved in KOH solution.The halogen content in the KOH solution was then determined by potentiometric titration with silver ion-selective electrode as the indicator electrode,saturated calomel electrode as the reference electrode and AgNO3 standard solution as the titrant.The results show that this method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and can be used for the continuous determination of halogen with a content as low as 0.02%(mass fraction),and is hence very suitable for the determination of halogen in flux.The recovery rate of halogen in flux is within the range of 97.9%-100.9%.
