摘要
介绍了补燃型燃气蒸汽联合循环余热锅炉的设计,重点分析了补燃对烟气参数、锅炉热力参数、脱硝性能、高压汽包选型和烟道设计的影响,同时基于锅炉截面特征和锅炉运行简单分析了烟道式补燃燃烧器选型要求,对同类型余热锅炉设计具有参考意义。
The design of supplementary firing gas-steam combined-cycle heat recovery steam generator(HRSG)is introduced,and the detailed analysis of the influence of supplementary firing on flue gas parameters,boiler thermal parameters,SCR denitrification performance,high-pressure drum selection and duct design is given.At the same time,based on the boiler cross section characteristics and the operation of the boiler,the selection requirements of duct burners are analyzed,which has reference significance for the design of the same type of HRSG.
