摘要
采用数值模拟法对塔西南电力工程部余热锅炉NOx排放超标问题进行研究,对比在其尾部烟道实施SCR和SNCR 2种脱硝方法的温度场和速度场以及最终脱硝效果。结果表明:由于余热锅炉补燃器的结构局限导致温度分布不均,SNCR反应仅局限于部分区域,故NOx整体脱除效果较差;采用SCR技术时,烟气经余热锅炉补燃后温度分布在适合SCR反应的温度区间内,NOx整体脱除效果较好,因此宜采用SCR技术脱硝方案。
NOx emission in waste heat boiler of the Southeast Electric Power Engineering Department of Xinjiang Zepu Petroleum Base Tower exceeded the standard demand.The numerical simulation method was applied to compare the temperature field,velocity field and final effect of two denitrification methods(SCR method and SNCR method).The results showed that,due to the uneven temperature distribution resulted from the structural limitation of the waste heat boiler,the applicable temperature for SNCR reaction was limited in part areas,so the overall NOx removal was less effective.While the temperature distribution was suitable for the SCR reaction after the boiler additional combustion,and the overall NOx removal was more effective.
