摘要
本研究探讨了在“数字化+新质体育”背景下如何构建“1+X”个性化体育教学模式,旨在通过数字化技术的应用与新质体育项目的引入,优化体育教学内容并提升教学质量。研究表明,数字化技术在智能设备、虚拟现实(VR)、增强现实(AR)等领域的广泛应用,为个性化体育教学提供了技术支持,使体育教学突破了传统的时空限制;通过智能穿戴设备和大数据分析,教师可以根据学生的体能数据进行个性化的教学设计;新质体育项目的引入,不仅丰富了体育教学的内容,还有效激发了学生的运动兴趣。针对“1+X”个性化体育教学模式的现存问题,提出了加强数字化技术的普及和教师培训、推广新质体育项目的试点计划和深化个性化教学模式的研究与实践等解决方案。
This study explores how to construct a"1+X"personalized sports teaching model under the background of"digitalization+new sports",aiming to optimize sports teaching content and improve teaching quality through the application of digital technology and the introduction of new sports projects.The study shows that the wide application of digital technology in the fields such as smart devices,virtual reality(VR),augmented reality(AR)provides technical support for personalized sports teaching,enabling sports teaching to break through the traditional time and space limitations.Through smart wearable devices and big data analysis,teachers can design personalized teaching based on students'physical fitness data.In addition,the study also pointed out that the introduction of new sports projects such as e-sports and rock climbing not only enriches the content of sports teaching,but also effectively stimulates students'interest in sports.In view of the existing problems of"1+X"personalized physical education teaching mode,this paper puts forward some solutions,such as strengthening the popularization of digital technology and teacher training,promoting the pilot program of new quality physical education projects and deepening the research and practice of personalized teaching mode.
