摘要
对过氧化物微交联过程中影响高密度聚乙烯流变性能的微观因素,以及影响反应挤出效果的加工条件和加工设备等宏观因素进行深入分析。研究结果表明:同向旋转啮合双螺杆挤出机长径比更大,建压能力和输送能力更好,具有自洁功能;双阶串联时无需熔融齿轮泵,更适合反应挤出;双阶串联的配置突破了单阶挤出机的局限,实现了精准分段调节反应过程,具有反应挤出和常规配混双重功能,适合较大规模的工业化应用。
The micro factors affecting the rheological properties of high density polyethylene(HDPE)in the process of peroxide micro-crosslinking,and the macro factors such as processing conditions and processing equipment affecting the reaction extrusion effect were analyzed.The research results show that:i)the co-meshing twin-screw extruder has longer diameter ratio,better pressure building capacity and conveying capacity,and self-cleaning function;ii)No melting gear pump is needed in double-stage series,more suitable for reactive extrusion;iii)The configuration of double-stage series breaks through the limitation of single-stage extruder,realizes the accurate step adjustment reaction process,and iv)Has the function of reactive extrusion and conventional mixed double weight,and is suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
