加工条件对铬系高密度聚乙烯分子结构的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Processing Conditions on the Molecular Structure of Chromium Catalyzed High-density Polyethylene

摘要 研究了加工时间、加工温度对Unipol工艺生产的基于铬(Cr)系催化剂聚乙烯分子结构的影响规律。结果表明,随时间的延长,加工扭矩在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)熔融峰后逐渐升高,样品的分子量逐渐减小,熔体质量流动速率(MFR)逐渐降低;端乙烯基的含量随加工时间的延长而降低,而反式亚乙烯基的含量则逐渐增加;样品的支化度随加工时间的延长逐渐增加。HDPE的凝胶含量、端乙烯基和反式亚乙烯基的含量均随加工温度的增加而增加,而MFR随加工温度的增加降低。 The effect of processing time and temperature on the structure of chromium catalyzed polyethylene produced by Unipol technology was investigated. The results indicate that with the extension of time,the machining torque increases gradually after the melting peak of high density polyethylene( HDPE),the molecule weight of HDPE,melt mass flow rate( MFR) and the content of vinyl terminal decrease. However,the content of trans-vinyl group and branching degree increase with the increase of processing time.The gel contents of HDPE,vinyl terminal and trans-vinyl group increase with the increase of processing temperature,however MFR decreases with the increase of processing temperature.
