摘要
汽车合装作为汽车制造中最为复杂的核心工艺,直接决定整车的制造效率和质量。文章提出一种汽车自动柔性合装的生产工艺,介绍了合装工艺的设备布局,分析了其工作原理,并对真实合装生产线进行了测试。结果表明,该自动柔性合装工艺的部分性能参数已超越国内同类水平,整体性能接近国外先进水平。
As the most complex core process in the automobile manufacturing process,the automobile assembly process directly determines the efficiency and quality of the whole vehicle manufacturing.This paper proposes a production process and production line of automatic flexible assembly,introduces the equipment layout,and analyzes the working principle of flexible tightening equipment.The real assembly process has been tested and the results show that some of the performance parameters have exceeded the similar level,and the overall performance is close to the international level.
