本文旨在深入探讨建盏烧制历程,阐述建盏的起源与早期发展,分析建盏烧制工艺的演变与技术突破,包括釉料配方随历史的变化及对建盏外观和品质的提升,窑炉结构改进带来的温度均匀性提升及氧气控制优化,以及温度控制等方面的进步。最后聚焦现代建盏烧制的传承与创新,强调传承人在保留古法精髓方面的作用,政府和社会的支持举措,以及现代科技在原材料加工和烧制过程中的应用,还有新艺术理念对建盏设计的影响,使其成为传统文化与当代艺术碰撞的载体。
This article aims to explore the firing process of Jianzhan in depth,elaborate on the origin and early development of Jianzhan,analyze the evolution and technological breakthroughs of Jianzhan firing technology,including the changes in glaze formula with history and the improvement of Jianzhan appearance and quality,the improvement of temperature uniformity and oxygen control brought about by the improvement of kiln structure,and the progress in temperature control.Finally,the focus is on the inheritance and innovation of modern lantern making,emphasizing the role of inheritors in preserving the essence of ancient methods,government and social support measures,the application of modern technology in raw material processing and firing processes,and the influence of new art concepts on lantern design,making it a carrier for the collision of traditional culture and contemporary art.
