摘要 结合锅炉的燃烧状况分析炉膛内部还原性气氛的成因和解决措施。在改变炉内配风方式的情况下,测量了炉内的CO和O2 浓度,发现炉内的浓度场相对比较稳定,但该锅炉的燃烧器区域供风不足,因而较多情况下表现为还原性气氛,单纯增加总风量并不能消除炉内还原性气氛,而且还会导致锅炉经济性降低,宜采取合理的三次风和二次风匹配关系等措施消除炉内还原性气氛。 In order to analyze the cause of the formation of deoxidation atmosphere in the furnace and find the solution,the concentration of carbon-monoxide and oxygen in the furnace was measured at various air matching condition.It was discovered that the concentration was relatively stable but the air in the combustion area was not sufficient.Therefore,purely increasing the air flow could not eliminate the deoxidation atmosphere in the furnace and it would decrease the economic efficiency of the boiler.The rational matching of tertiary air and secondary air should be applied to eliminate the deoxidation atmosphere in the furnace.
