摘要
在公开数据库平台检索并筛选出符合纳入排除标准的现代名老中医诊治胸痹相关文献,并将文献中名老中医对胸痹病因、病机的认识和治法、处方的相关内容构建复杂网络。然后,根据名老中医行医的主要地域,将复杂网络拆分为东方、西方、南方、北方和中央5个部分,探讨不同地域名老中医胸痹辨治经验的异同。研究结果表明,全国名老中医都以荣通软坚疗胸痹。然根据成坚之邪气不同,具体治法又各有差异。
This study retrieved and screened relevant literature on the treatment of chest impediment by renowned contemporary traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioners from public database platforms,selecting those that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The collected data included the practitioners'insights into the etiology and pathogenesis of chest impediment,as well as their treatment methods and prescriptions,which were then used to construct a complex network.Subsequently,this complex network was divided into five regions-east,west,south,north,and central-based on the primary practicing locations of these renowned TCM practitioners.The study explored the similarities and differences in the diagnostic and therapeutic experiences of chest impediment among practitioners from different regions.The results indicated that all practitioners nationwide prioritize the principles of nourishing,promoting circulation,and softening hard masses in the treatment of chest impediment.However,specific treatment methods vary according to the different pathogenic factors causing the hard masses.
