摘要
目的 总结成人肿瘤相关性贫血评估与管理的最佳证据,为临床实践提供循证依据。方法 依据“6S”证据模型,系统检索国内外数据库、指南网和协会网关于成人肿瘤相关性贫血评估与管理的相关证据,包括临床决策、最佳实践、指南、证据总结、专业共识、系统评价等,检索时限为建库至2023年12月,补充检索时间2024年8月。经循证培训的2位研究者独立对纳入文献进行评价并提取证据。结果 共纳入22篇文献,其中临床决策1篇、指南7篇、专家共识6篇、Meta分析8篇,从肿瘤相关性贫血评估时机、评估内容、危险因素识别、预防策略、药物管理、输血管理、营养管理、随访管理8个方面总结出24条证据。结论 总结的证据可为临床医护人员制订肿瘤相关性贫血管理策略提供指引。
Objective To summarize the best evidence for the assessment and management of adult cancer related anemia(CRA),and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical practice.Methods According to the“6S”evidence model,domestic and foreign databases,guideline networks and association networks were systematically searched for relevant evidence on the assessment and management of adult CRA,including clinical decision-making,best practice,guidelines,evidence summary,professional consensus,systematic review,etc.The search time limit was from the inceptions to December 2023,and the supplementary search time was August 2024.Two researchers with evidence-based training independently evaluated the included literature and extracted evidence.Results A total of 22 articles were included,with 1 clinical decision,7 guidelines,6 expert consensus and 8 meta-analysis.24 pieces of evidence were summarized from 8 aspects of evaluation timing,evaluation content,risk factor identification,prevention strategy,drug management,blood transfusion management,nutrition management and follow-up management.Conclusions The summarized evidence can provide guidance for clinicians to develop management strategies for CRA.
