摘要
目的 整合有关改善肠造口患者社会疏离的最佳证据,为临床实践提供依据。方法 依据金字塔“6S”证据模型,系统检索国内外指南网、专业网站和数据库中有关改善肠造口患者社会疏离的证据,检索时限为建库至2024年8月。经循证培训的多名研究者独立对文献评价并提取证据。结果 共纳入14篇文献,其中临床决策1篇、指南6篇、证据总结4篇、专家共识1篇、Meta 1篇、随机对照研究1篇,从筛查与评估、多学科团队管理、准确造口定位、造口知识指导、造口技能培训、延续性护理、效果评价7个方面,共总结出26条证据。结论 总结的肠造口患者社会疏离最佳证据兼具科学性和实用性,能为医护人员实施针对性措施提供有益指导。
Objective To integrate the best evidence on improving social alienation of enterostomy patients,and to provide a basis for clinical practice.Methods According to the pyramid“6S”evidence model,the evidence on improving social alienation of enterostomy patients was systematically searched in guidelines networks,websites of professional societies and databases at home and abroad.The search time limit was from the inceptions to August 2024.Multiple researchers with evidence-based training independently evaluated the included literature and extracted evidence.Results A total of 14 articles were included,with 1 clinical decision,6 guidelines,4 evidence summaries,1 expert consensus,1 Meta,and 1 randomized controlled study.A total of 26 pieces of evidence were concluded from 7 aspects of screening and evaluation,multidisciplinary team management,accurate stoma positioning,ostomy knowledge guidance,ostomy skill training,transitional care,and effect evaluation.Conclusions The best evidence summarized is scientific and practical,which can provide useful guidance for medical staff to implement targeted measures.
