摘要
近年我国快递市场需求不断增长,高铁快运动车组作为快递运输新方式,具有时效性强、运量大、安全性高等优势,适合运输附加值较高且对时效性敏感的货物。为了充分发挥其时效性的优势,采用KANO模型对货物的时效性需求进行调研和分析,并通过Better-Worse系数计算不同需求的重要度,进而确定了高铁快运动车组的时效性优势产品。在此基础上,通过与公路、航空运输对比分析,确定了不同时效性产品下高铁快运动车组开行的优势距离。进一步考虑对需求的吸引,确定了在“点对点”一站直达和重要节点沿途停靠2种组织模式下高铁快运动车组开行的优势距离和辐射范围。最后,以沿江高铁为例,设计了2种组织模式下不同节点间的次日达和次晨达物流产品,为沿江高铁快运动车组物流产品设计提供理论支撑。
In recent years,China’s express delivery market demand has seen significant growth.As a novel mode of transportation of express delivery goods,high speed research express EMUs offer distinct advantages,including reliable timeliness,high volume,and enhanced safety.These make the EMUs well-suited for transporting goods that have both high added value and time sensitivity.To fully leverage the advantages of timeliness,the KANO model was employed to investigate and analyze the timeliness demands of goods.The importance of different demands was calculated using the Better-Worse coefficient,allowing for the determination of the timeliness-advantageous products for high speed research express EMUs.Building on this analysis,a comparison with highway and air transportation was conducted to identify the advantageous operation distances of high speed research express EMUs for products with varying timeliness requirements.Additionally,the attraction to demands was further considered,leading to the determination of the advantageous distances and influence ranges of high speed research express EMU operations under two organizational modes:“point-to-point”nonstop operation and stopping at important nodes.Finally,using high speed research along the Yangtze River as a case study,logistics products for next-day delivery and next-morning delivery between different nodes were designed for both organizational modes.This analysis aims to provide theoretical support for the design of logistics products for express EMUs operating on high speed research along the Yangtze River.
