摘要
解读了GB/T 20388—2016《纺织品邻苯二甲酸酯的测定四氢呋喃法》,并根据检测工作实践提出相关修订建议。主要分析标准所选内标物的适用性,标准物质同分异构体、同系物对定量检测的影响,重点讨论目标物与内标物分离度不佳对定量检测的影响。建议:修订该标准时,应考虑扩大检测目标物范围、替换现有的内标物、统一标准物质的选择及增加对涂料印染的鉴别方法等方面的内容。
GB/T 20388—2016“Determination of Phthalates in Textiles-Tetrahydrofuran Method”is interpreted and relevant revision suggestions based on testing practice are proposed.The main focus is on analyzing the applicability of selected internal standards,the impact of isomers and homologues of standard substances on quantitative detection,and the influence of poor separation between target substances and internal standards on quantitative detection.It is suggested that consideration should be given to expanding the scope of detection targets,replacing existing internal standards,selecting standardized reference materials,and adding identification methods for pigment dyeing and printing.
