摘要
产教融合视角下,高校体育教学改革与创新展现出多重价值意蕴,包括提升体育人才综合素养、优化体育教学资源配置、推动体育产业创新发展、促进体育文化多元传播等。然而,当前阶段,该视角下的高校体育教学改革与创新面临一系列现实难点,具体为:受到传统课程体系的束缚、教学方法难以有效转变、教学体系尚不健全、教学创新资金有限。针对上述难点,该文提出以下路径:重构体育课程体系、强化教师校本培训、完善实践教学体系、拓宽资金多元筹资渠道。期望通过有效克服改革与创新过程中的难点,并实施相应对策,实现高校体育教学与体育产业的协同发展。
The reform and innovation of college Physical Education from the perspective of industry and education integration demonstrate multiple value implications,including improving the comprehensive quality of sports talents,optimizing the resource allocation of physical education,promoting the innovative development of the sports industry,and promoting the diversified communication of sports culture.However,at present,the reform and innovation of college physical education from the perspective of industry and education integration are faced with a series of practical difficulties,specifically:the restriction of traditional curriculum system,the difficulty in effectively transforming teaching methods,the incomplete teaching system and the limited funds for teaching innovation.In response to the above difficulties,the article puts forward the following path:reconstructing the physical education curriculum system,strengthening the school-based training of teachers,perfecting the practical teaching system,and expanding the multiple funding channels.By effectively overcoming the difficulties in reform and innovation,and implementing corresponding countermeasures,aiming to realize the coordinated development of college physical education teaching and sports industry.
