不同温度退火后球磨与未球磨原料TZC棒性能研究

摘要 通过粉末冶金和空气锤锻造变形的方法制备出球磨原料和未球磨原料的TZC棒材,进行了退火实验,退火温度为:1 000、1 100、1 200、1 300、1 400、1 500和2 080℃。通过拉伸试验机、硬度仪、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等分析手段,研究了常温和高温700℃下拉伸性能、硬度、再结晶温度、原料球磨效果、弥散相大小的情况。实验结果表明:球磨的方法可以使掺杂原料细化,球磨原料TZC棒的拉伸性能和硬度均好于未球磨原料TZC棒的拉伸性能和硬度。球磨的与未球磨的锻造规格均为从直径70 mm锻至直径35 mm,再结晶温度均为1 300~1 400℃、在1 500℃时晶粒均明显长大。在1 100℃下去应力退火,球磨原料的样品综合性能最好,常温拉伸强度可达794 MPa,常温延伸率可达20.2%,常温硬度可达286HV30,700℃高温拉伸强度可达552.7 MPa, 700℃高温延伸率可达11.4%。 TZC bars of ball mill and non-ball mill raw materials were prepared by powder metallurgy and air hammer forging.Annealing experiments were carried out at 1000,1100,1200,1300,1400,1500,2080℃.The tensile property at room temperature and high temperature 700℃,hardness,recrystallization temperature,grinding effect of raw materials and dispersion phase size were studied by means of tensile testing machine,hardness meter,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that the method of ball milling can refine the doped material,and the tensile properties and hardness of the ball milling material TZC rod are better than those of the non-ball milling material TZC rod.The forging specifications of TZC rod of ball milling raw material and TZC rod of non-ball milling raw material are from 70 mm to 35 mm in diameter,and the recrystallization temperature is 1300~1400℃,and the grains grow significantly at 1500℃.At 1100℃stress-relief annealing,ball milling raw material sample comprehensive performance is the best,room temperature tensile strength up to 794 MPa,room temperature elongation up to 20.2%,room temperature hardness up to 286HV30,700℃high temperature tensile strength up to 552.7 MPa,700℃high temperature elongation up to 11.4%.
