摘要
粉冶态钼顶头在TZC材质的基础上 ,通过添加单一稀土铈、钇和同时添加铈钇稀土元素 ,对其高温强度、硬度和金相组织等进行了研究及现场穿孔试验。研究发现 :在TZC合金中添铈可以较大地提高合金的硬度 ;添钇可以较大地提高合金的强度 ;同时添铈、钇 ,可产生复合强化效应 ,合金的高温强度、硬度都有较大幅度提高 ,使钼顶头穿不锈钢坯数量在添加单一稀土铈强化的基础上再增加 2 5%左右。
Based on TZC material for PIM Mo ejector,study and on the site tests were made in respect of the high temperature strength and hardness and microscopic structures of the TZC alloy with the addition of single RE cerium and also Ce Yt RE element.The results showed that the addition of Ce in the alloy can greatly improve the alloy hardness while addition of Yt can greatly improve the alloy high temperature strength.The addition of both Ce amd Yt at the same time will result in compound intensifying effect with much larger high temperature strength and hardness,allowing for~25%more ST billet through capacity
